Data Utilities

• System.mdb:
  
  
  1. Utilities -> System Utilities -> Copy System Data
     
     This option allows you to copy either the whole System.mdb file the Default Data Directory, which must be located on a network drive.
     
     Copy System.mdb from Application Directory to CWU Default Data Directory
     
     You can also copy just certain tables from the System.mdb file located on you local drive to the System.mdb file located on the network drive.
     
     Once the tables are copied you can then use the Copy Tables feature located on the Setup -> System -> Default Data Directory Screen to copy the tables onto various workstations.
