Initial Balances

1. The Initial Balance Figures should be as the end of the prior Calendar/Fiscal Year.
   
   
2. The Initial Balance Figures should be the figures you get after closing the books for the year.
   
   There shouldn't be and figures for the Income and Expense accounts.
