- Payroll Items
- If a addition starts with a State abbreviation (ie:
TXGROS, TXPAY, TXGA, etc) the W2 program will automatically pick it
up and add it the following boxes.
1) Wages & Tips
2) Social Security Wages
3) Medicare Wages
Otherwise you will have to manually add them to the boxes.
- You can enter/change or just lookup the employee's SSN using either of these options.
- Employee File Maintenance
- File -> Data Conversion -> Employee SSN Entry
