Clone a Client

Overview

This option allows you to clone/copy a clients data to a new number.

• The data stays the same except for the following.
  
  
  1. All transactions are removed
  2. All balances in the Chart of Accounts are zeroed
  3. The clients name, address and ID numbers are set to blanks
  4. Any State ID numbers are removed
  5. All employees are removed (optional)
  
  
• The Default Employee setup is kept even if you take the option to remove all employees.
