Various Problems

1. Bad File Name (Error 52)
   
   Windows cannot find the drive. Make sure that WIndows can see the drive and the floppy is formatted.
   
   
2. Error 3204: Database already exists - You are trying to create a database that already exists. You will need to determine what is going on in the program to see if the existing file needs to be removed.
   
   I have had several instances where a person gets this error while trying to backing up. Its caused by either (1) of both of the following temporary files being left behind.
   
   
   1. H#.mdb - Hold File
   2. T#.mdb - Compacted Hold File
   
   Remove the file(s) and you should be all set.
   
   
3. The Copy Simple Screen blinks on then off and closes. The Formspecs.ini file is corrupted. Delete it and let the system generate a new one.
   
   Note: I had one instance where the System File may have been corrupted. Because I solved the problem by unchecking the Use Floppy Drive option exiting the Default Data Directory option then going back and rechecking the Use Floppy Drive option.
   
   Just unchecking and rechecking the option didn't help. I had to exit and come back in to solve the problem.
