Accurals
- The Accrue Vacation/Sick Hours should be run once a month.
If you run it more than once a month and the employee has used Vacation and/or Sick Hours. Then the system will subtract the hours each time the option is run from the total hours accrued.
Lets say the employee had 20 hours of vacation time accrued and they accrue 8 hours each time Accrue Vacation/Sick Hours is run. This month he used 20 hours of vacation and we ran Accrue Vacation/Sick Hours twice. The system would say that the employee has a -4 hours of vacation after the second time Accrue Vacation/Sick Hours was run. (20 + 8 -20 + 8 - 20 = -4)
